KovaiBSF produces high-quality Black Soldier Fly Larvae and processed products (protein meal, oil, dried larvae) for aquaculture, poultry, and pet food markets. The company bioconverts 120 tons of organic waste monthly, generating 10,000 kg BSFL output. Founded in 2018 by engineer Anupa Velusamy, KovaiBSF delivers sustainable protein alternatives to fishmeal while diverting waste from landfills.

Technology: Black Soldier Fly larvae rearing with organic waste bioconversion. Processing methods include sun-drying (≤60°C), frozen preservation (-18°C), puffing/heat treatment, and mechanical processing (defatting, oil extraction, grinding to meal powder).
