ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

COMPANY LISTINGS

By listing your company on BSF Directory, you confirm that:

You are authorized to represent the company
The information provided is accurate and current
You will respond to legitimate inquiries in a timely manner

We reserve the right to remove listings that contain inaccurate information, spam, or inappropriate content.

LEAD FORM / INQUIRIES

Users who submit inquiries through company contact forms agree that their contact information will be shared with the receiving company. BSF Directory is not responsible for communications that occur after the initial lead is delivered.

FREE AND PREMIUM SERVICES

Basic company listings are free. Premium features (enhanced visibility, analytics, priority placement) will be available as paid subscriptions in the future. Pricing will be communicated before any charges apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content on BSF Directory, including design, text, and functionality, is owned by BSF Directory. Company listings remain the property of the respective companies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BSF Directory is a directory and lead generation platform. We do not guarantee the quality of suppliers, products, or services listed. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
